Ray’s, the neighborhood bar known for its welcoming atmosphere and timeless approach to hospitality, will open its Detroit location in Parker’s Alley this fall, marking the brand’s third outpost following successful launches in New York and Miami. Rather than replicating an existing concept, the Detroit venue has been designed to reflect the city’s unique character, creating a space that feels authentically local from day one. The approximately 60-seat bar will feature warm wood interiors, checkerboard floors, vintage booths, Detroit sports memorabilia and a photo booth, offering an inviting setting for regulars, visitors and private events alike. The food and beverage program will focus on approachable bar classics, including Guinness, martinis, frozen cocktails and elevated takes on signature burgers, hot dogs, fries and shareable snacks. The opening also represents NoHo Hospitality Group’s continued investment in Detroit’s thriving hospitality scene. Building on an established portfolio that includes San Morello, Evening Bar, The Brakeman and Penny Red’s, Ray’s reinforces the group’s long-term commitment to creating destination venues rooted in thoughtful design, genuine service and a strong sense of place. 19 E.
