New concept for Olga’s

Olga’s Kitchen, owned and operated by Michigan-based TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR), has opened a new restaurant experience as part of the Olga’s Kitchen brand – “Olga’s Fresh”. The new location at 770 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy will also be open for dine-in, carryout, curbside and delivery. The opening marks the first look at a reimagined dining experience for Olga’s guests, which is being introduced to metro Detroit under the new Olga’s Fresh concept. The new service model features fast-casual counter ordering, with guests able to select from new curated menu items like the Roasted Vegetable and Garlic Hummus Bowl, the Harissa Chicken Bowl or the Harvest Salad featuring quinoa and edamame or go the Build Your Own route with a bowl or salad from the restaurant’s wide array of fresh ingredients. Guests will also be able to enjoy all of their existing favorite menu items. “Ever since Olga Loizon introduced Michigan to her iconic Greek-inspired recipes at the Continental Market in Birmingham more than fifty years ago, Olga’s Kitchen has been serving and delighting Michigan families,” said Ryan Jones, brand vice president of Olga’s Kitchen. “Olga’s Fresh is an exciting new chapter in the Olga’s Kitchen story, designed to offer more choice and convenience for today’s guest while staying true to the flavors and recipes that have made our brand a Michigan favorite for generations.
