Sakura Novi, Michigan’s Asian-inspired mixed-use development, has announced the opening of The Dancing Pine, a new upscale restaurant focused on Wagyu, premium seafood, curated wines, caviar, live-fire cooking, tableside service, and Korean hospitality. Located at 42768 Grand River Avenue in Novi, the 4,500-square-foot restaurant blends the interactive experience of Korean barbecue with the precision of a modern steakhouse. Guests can enjoy premium Japanese, Australian, and American Wagyu, fresh oysters, seafood, house-made banchan, signature sauces, seasonal accompaniments, caviar, private dining rooms, and an extensive wine selection. Named for the pine tree, a Korean symbol of dignity, resilience, and longevity, The Dancing Pine incorporates those values into its design. Mother-of-pearl accents and details inspired by traditional Korean craftsmanship create a sophisticated setting. Executive Chef James “JJ” Jung leads the kitchen, drawing on experience at acclaimed restaurants including SET Steak & Sushi at Pendry Newport Beach, Nobu, Yellowtail, Rosaliné, and Lumi.
