Through immersive technique perfected by Isaia during his time in Bologna Italy, he mastered the exquisite art of gelato. Momento gelato is made from the finest ingredients and is creating with Italian-made equipment. “This is not the Americanized version – it’s Italian gelato.” adds Isaia.
