New flagship for Patty & Press

Patty & Press is expanding to Woodward Avenue following the success of its debut Shelby Township location. Founders Goran Dimic and Brandon Gorgies of G&B Hospitality have signed a lease for a new flagship restaurant at 42983 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Township, taking over the former Zoup! space. Set to open later this year, the 1,724-square-foot flagship will significantly expand the brand’s footprint. Unlike the original carryout-focused Shelby Township location with eight seats, the Woodward restaurant will feature 24 seats to support both dine-in and high-volume takeout service. “The amazing response in Shelby Township proved that people are craving real, additive-free food at an everyday price,” says co-founder Gorgies. “Moving to Woodward is about expanding that accessibility. We’re taking the same standards we’re known for — no seed oils, 100 percent grass-fed beef, frying in beef tallow fryers, local sourcing — and putting it in a flagship space that can handle the demand of the Woodward corridor.” Patty & Press is known for its “clean-label” approach, including beef tallow fryers, scratch-made sauces using olive and avocado oils, and locally sourced ingredients. G&B Hospitality also operates the award-winning Naked Burger brand in Clinton Township.
