RH Rooftop opens

The RH Rooftop Restaurant in Birmingham is a chic dining destination located on the top floor of the RH Detroit, The Gallery in Birmingham which celebrated its grand-opening on November 20. The upscale restaurant showcases RH’s signature design aesthetic, featuring a year-round, skylit garden adorned with heritage olive trees, sparkling chandeliers, and a dramatic central fountain. The menu highlights refined American and Mediterranean classics, with specific dishes including seafood towers, steak frites, whole grilled branzino, caviar carpaccios and a variety of gourmet sandwiches and salads. Weekend brunch brings elevated staple brunch classics such as the RH Scramble with farm eggs, crème fraîche, avocado, and chives; the Italian Benedict with San Daniele prosciutto and parmesan hollandaise served over charred ciabatta; and delicate Swedish pancakes served with butter and Vermont maple syrup. The bar program includes a selection of Champagnes, wines, and signature cocktails. Beer selections come from Michigan breweries, Founders and Bells. During the warmer months, the restaurant’s terrace opens up to a beautifully landscaped garden with city views and additional seating.
