Whitney Garden Parties, new Sunday Garden Series

The Whitney has announced the return of its popular Thursday Garden Parties along with the debut of a new Sunday Garden Series featuring themed dining experiences and live music. The Garden Parties will take place on Thursdays throughout the summer season. The garden opens at 4 p.m. with live music beginning at 6 p.m. Guests can expect a diverse musical lineup of local bands featuring Americana, roots, blues, jazz, soul and rock and roll. General admission tickets are $10, and VIP table tickets are available for $20 each. Select June performances include: June 4- One Ton Trolley; June 11- Television City; June 18- Jeremy Porter and The Tucos; and June 25- The Whiskey Charmers. The new Sunday Garden Series will be held weekly from 4-7 p.m. Each event will feature live music alongside a rotating themed menu. Dates this month: June 14th - American Barbeque; June 21st - Father’s Day Event; June 28th - Summer Sunday Seafood Boil; July 12th - New Orleans Feast; July 19th - Summer Sunday Seafood Boil. The Sunday Garden events is $79 per person, with drinks and cocktails available for purchase.
